Does it make sense to watch online television shows? I mean, if you're like me, you probably already have one or two or seven televisions in your house. Do you really need another way to watch television? And, if you're like me, you would say "Hell yes!"
There are several options for you.
1. Free full episodes of your favorite shows If you go to the major networks' web sites, you will have some options on watching episodes of their shows - for free! This is a great option if you missed the last episode and need to catch up. However, they won't have the full array of shows, and you also will have to wait until the show airs on TV before you can catch it.
2. YouTube videos YouTube is always an excellent choice for watching all kinds of videos, including clips from your favorite shows. And I say "clips" because there is a rule that YouTube implemented in 2006 that only allows for videos that are 10 minutes or less. And that may be enough for you. Seriously, did you really need to see anyone other than Susan Boyle on this season's Britain's Got Talent?
3. Software you can download to your computer There are some companies out there that allow you to download software to your computer and this will get you up to several thousand shows. What's great is that you will get shows from all over the world in all different languages. There is a cost associated, but in most cases, the costs are minimal.
In my opinion, you can't watch too much TV, so to watch online television shows is just the next logical step. Plus, if you have a laptop you can take your shows with you wherever you go. And what's better than that?
