V for Vendetta Revolution! A very cool subject for a movie, especially when the revolution is lead by a mask wearing government experiment. Based on the graphic novel of the same name it raises questions about the role and power of government which everyone should be worried about.
The Da Vinci Code Yes, the movie did not really do the book justice and the critics steamrolled it, but I still enjoyed it and think it deserves to be on the list. Poor Tom Hanks, can't he make just one movie that the critics like?
A Scanner Darkly With the cool new technology that takes actual film and turns it into a cartoon this was a perfect movie to try it out on. Based on the novel by Philip K. Dick this movie also treads through the trenches of government power and sedating the public. A cool sci-fi flick worth checking out.
The Departed Do I really need to explain why this movie is on the list? Leonardo DiCaprio and Matt D amon direct by Scorsese, the only possible outcome of these three getting together would be coolness. If you have not seen this movie yet go out and rent it right now.
The Prestige I saw this before I knew much about Christopher Nolan, I had already seen Memento, but didn't know they were by the same director. This film about two competing magicians will boggle your mind and the twist at the end will make your jaw drop. A must see.
Children of Men Very cool premise, women of the world can no longer have babies for some reason. But there just happens to be one lucky lady who does get pregnant, what do you think something like that would be worth?
Where can you find 27,000 movie posters and over 300,000 posters and prints?
