To begin, this movie has a great beginning; it pulled me right into it. Hitman is composed of action, crime and thriller. Timothy Olyphant (Agent 47) played his role great, being the cold hitman he is suppose to be even with a female along his side. The introduction of Nika Boronina (played by Olga Kurylenko) actually caught my interest. The bit of romance that was added by Agent 47 and Nika was a perfect amount to blend in great with the major plot of action and crime in this film.
For those who do not know, the movie is an adaptation of the video game 'Hitman'. The plot of Hitman is that a very highly skilled hitman, Agent 47, goes about doing his jobs, until one of his assassinations gets screwed up. He is then caught up with the trouble of finding out who set him up and continuing his job that had failed. During his journey, other hitmen are assigned to take him out .
The action scenes are really great, especially the fighting scenes. The movie shows some really cruel deaths, that I wouldn't have thought of. Throughout the movie, there were no 'boring' periods, like in some movies. The movie kept me interested all the way to the credits. The ending is a killer! It's one of those movies that hit you really hard in the end.
All in all, I would rate this movie an 8.5/10. I would definitely watch this movie again.
